Biggest Dollar Comic Bin EVER

Something any comic book reader loves is a dollar box or bin, where any book in the box is just a dollar to purchase. When I was a kid these used to be the quarter bin, but inflation touches everything. Today I went to C-Mart in Landover, MD and spent a solid hour or so perusing the largest comic book dollar box ever. Actually this was 6 solid rows of long boxes full of comics from the 60's on to the early 2000's. There was a great selection of titles both from major publishers and independent companies. A great way to fill in some holes or to check out some series that you'd heard about OR a great way to get some comics cheap to introduce younger readers to medium.

It went about 50/50 on the amount of books that were bagged & boarded and those that were unprotected. The quality ranged from near mint to very good, with the protected books obviously being in better condition. From Casper to Elementals to Transformers to Superman to Femforce there was a little something for almost every reading taste. For me it was a fun way to spend a late Saturday morning. I picked up some issues of the Secret Wars limited series that I was missing, some of the mid 80's John Byrne Fantastic Four and Alpha Flight, and a few other things. Good Stuff!
